Two-part lacquered wood cabinet with gilded decoration on a black background of animated scenes of characters, birds and bamboo in the Chinese style. The top opens with a long cornice drawer, two drawers on one row and three wide drawers on three rows. It rests on a base opening with three drawers and finished with six turned legs joined by a strut.
English work in the William & Mary style - 18th century
